And guess what? They are just the easiest things in the whole world to make. All you do is throw the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.

Instructions:

  • Begin to scoop out the kiwi into a high-powered blender and blend until fully liquid. For blending kiwi, you may need to add in a splash of water or coconut water.
  • Pour the kiwi puree into the bottom of eight popsicle molds. Make sure to distribute the juice as evenly as possible.
  • Now place the molds in the freezer for at least an hour.
  • Blend the seedless watermelon with the CBD tincture and puree until smooth.
  • Pour the watermelon puree into the popsicle molds on top of the mostly frozen kiwi.
  • Insert the popsicle sticks into the watermelon puree. Then place them into the freezer.
  • For best results, freeze your popsicle overnight.
  • The next day, run the mold under warm water and remove the popsicle from the molds.
  • The kiwi watermelon popsicles should have a layered look. Enjoy immediately or store in a zip-top freezer bag for later.

Strawberry and Coconut Popsicles

If you’ve never made popsicles with coconut milk, I highly recommend you try it! They turn out rich, soft, and creamy. The popsicle is made dairy-free with whole fat coconut milk.

CBD strawberry and coconut popsicle are relaxing and healthful while quenching your sweet tooth.

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 pound fresh sliced strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar for sweetening 
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 15 ounces whole fat coconut milk; use canned coconut milk for best results 
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar for sweetening
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Axis Hemp Company Natural CBD Oil, or tincture of choice.

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350℉. 
  • Sprinkle coconut on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 3-5 minutes, until golden brown. 
  • Remove from the oven and set aside to allow it to cool. 
  • Now place strawberries on a baking sheet and sprinkle with olive oil. Put them in the oven for about 18 to 20 minutes, until fragrant and soft.
  • Remove from the oven and set aside to allow it to cool. 
  • Next, add the strawberries to the bowl of a food processor. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar for sweetness, juice of half a lime, and CBD tincture. Blend until completely smooth.
  • In a small bowl stir together coconut milk, juice of half a lime, 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, and pure vanilla extract. 
  • Once fully mixed, stir the toasted coconut into the milk mixture.
  • Pour a spoonful of strawberry into the bottom of each popsicle mold. 
  • Stir coconut milk and add to the popsicle mold to about ⅔ full.
  • Add more strawberries into each mold and top with remaining milk. This layering will create a swirl effect in your final product.
  • Place cover on popsicle mold and insert sticks into the center of each mold.
  • Freeze for at least 6 hours, until completely frozen.
  • When ready to eat, remove the cover and gently pull on the CBD popsicle sticks. They should release easily.
